Unable to reset account password
There are two responses you can receive when requesting a password reset for your account. First one says success and the second one says error (example below).

The success message will be shown whenever the request itself is received, note that this doesn't necessarily mean that the email address is a valid account or can reset it's password at the given time. If the account is valid and can reset it's password a temporary password will be emailed to the address, this password is valid for 1 week and will disappear when the time runs out or after it's been used once.
Account is valid, why isn't any password emailed?
After a temporary password has been generated, no new temporary passwords can be generated for the same account within the next week. This to prevent email spam.
