What operating systems are available?

Operating system availability vary by data center. However all system disks comes with a pre installed cloud ready blank operating system image. Windows server are generally only available to G1 instances due to licensing limitations. Major distributions of GNU+Linux is available in all data centers. FreeBSD, OpenBSD and similar are available in limited regions.
