Why is there a server deployment limit?

The mainprimary purposeobjective of the "'per account"account' deployment limitation,limitation is to reducemitigate the risk ofassociated newwith unknownnewly created, unidentified accounts instantly gainingobtaining access to a hugesignificant amountvolume of resources. OneBy ofimplementing this restriction, the goals with thisaim is to protectsafeguard the reputation of the shared IP address poolpool. toThis avoidhelps thatprevent your new server isfrom being assigned a blacklisted (and potentially useless)unusable) IP address.address, thereby maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of your server deployment.

Increase limits

CanDeployment Ilimitations deploycan be easily raised by contacting support and requesting an increase. When making your request, please specify the purpose for the increase, the primary regions where you intend to deploy, and the number of server instances required. Additionally, please ensure that your account meets the following criteria:

• The requester's account must have at least a few weeks of history demonstrating usage that has not resulted in anycomplaints regionor after an approved upgradereports of my deployment limit?abuse.

Yes, you are free to deploy in any of our regions up to the account wide limitation. There is no need for a second request, unless you need more servers in total.

Note that E* regions are reserved for enterprise customers, and G3 plans are only available to customers approved to send emails (SMTP enabled in control panel). Contact support for more information and to apply.

Can the limit be increased?

Yes,  under some conditions.

Conditions

* The method of limitation increase must not be a non approved method (i.e. usage of multiple accounts).
* The response to a limitation increase request may contain follow up requirements, these must be fulfilled properly
* You acknowledge that you're aware of the fact that more running servers may incur higher fees and thereby drain your balance quicker than a few servers. Before deployment after an approvedfor limitation increase request,may alwaysinclude makeadditional surerequirements, thatand yourfollow-up questions. Please ensure to respond to these questions within a reasonable time frame.

The account hasmust have a highsufficient enoughamount balanceof funds to cover the fees more running servers may incur.
* Your account must be at least 1 week old, have a balancecosts of atboth least $20new and aexisting history of deployments. (new condition for any request made after February 2019)resources.

Your deployment limitation can be increased by opening a support ticket in where you request an increase. Please include how much you would like to increase your limitation to, where you plan to deploy and a short description on what you plan to use your servers for.

Additional followup requirements may be included in the response before your limit is increased. Small requests (less than 100 instances) are typically approved immediately.

Payment increase method

TheAlternatively, "paymentmaking increasepayments method"in is available only for crypto currency payments. It means that on a single payment, your deployment limitcryptocurrency will automatically increase to:the account deployment limit.
